All sounds pretty good aside from no mention of Shangri being played.  Hope they play at leat 5 tunes off the new disc.

Of the old stuff, I am hoping for an acoustic set with Atlanta, Pretty Penny, and Dancing Days.  Maybe one of the rehearsed songs is Heaven and Hot Rods!

They have played every song from Purple during the '2000s' so I'm hoping for more material from TM and No.4.

feel like I'm riding the STP rollercoaster...bad news yesterday, good news today.  Wouldn't be STP without the ups and downs!  Really excited to see what they will play off of No 4 and Purple, and STP as well.  The greatest hits-type tour is a lot of fun, but I'm sure it gets a little repetitive for the boys after awhile.  Can't wait for the tour to start!

I'm going to two shows in one weeks time.  8.19.10--Grand Rapids, MI and 8.26.10--Detroit.
Looks like we might have a few suprises up for grabs with this leg of the tour!

I'm wondering what songs from Purple he's refering to? I guess "haven't played since 94" is meant as an exaduration, considering Still Remains, Kitchenware and Candybars, and Pretty Penny (the only songs they haven't played off of Purple since the reunion) had been played frequently after 94.

But I digress, this is great news. I pray that Still Remains, Kitchenware & Candybars, Glide and Atlanta are going to be cycled through the setlist. And hopefully they finally play a ballad from the new album.
