they both went Gold, i know that much.... gold is 500,000 copies, so my guess is somewhere between 500,000 and 1,000,000 copies.

just out of curiosity, odin, why do you only post in this general Stone Temple Pilots discussion forum??? you know theres like 8 other forums to talk in?

In the US, No. 4 is platinum. Over a million sold.
Have a coke and a smile and shut the fuck up.

i know he was in soundgarden but...................................
i rather listn to Stone Temple Pilots they sound better
If I had to choose, I'd choose Stone Temple Pilots as well...You should look into getting No. 4 if you like the hard stuff, Sex & Violence, Pruno, Heaven & Hotrods, MC5...You're missing out on those tunes.

the critics didnt like tiny music
they said it sounded like beatles......................
What critics didn't like Tiny Music...?  Nearly every review I read praised the band for their psudo-experimental style.  The band's Beatles influence is extremely obvious on this album, but I've never heard anyone bash them for that...
How could they not notice it?! Because it's a little mint.  It's a Junior Mint!

sex type thing might be on everything because they play it every damn show, they recorded a swing version of it and they even have a 8 min version of it. It's always in thier encore. Its also the song that kinda got them noticed, just berfore Plush.

And speaking purely from a mucisians point of view, its a really fun song to play :)

and if you want to read a bad review of tiny music, NME.com had a bad one, but they gave bad reviews to most of the bands from the early ninties.
