Questions from this crossword will draw primarily from Deleo sideprojects and appearances and NOT STP shows/releases/appearances.  Questions can draw from anything not just the AoA and Talk Show albums.  Additionally names used in this crossword are last names only.  For example: if i the question is: The guitarist for AoA, the answer would be Deleo not DeanDeleo.

I threw some wrenches in this one  Hence the easy to VERY Hard difficulty.  Most of the answers can be found on BE, but there are to questions that really only the hardcore that kept up with the side-projects pretty well will know.

I'll be honest with this one I went to the BE archives for 3-4 questions.  There are some real toughies in there.  I had to look up #3 down, #13 down, and #17 down.

The next cross will be easier, more like the first in terms of difficulty: fun but not too insane, more quirky.

So I am resurrecting my old thread here.

I'm going to start up with the crosswords again, I've had several requests for them again.  I'm going to try and start hosting more stuff more regularly in the download section, but I need a little more time to get my life in order and my STP collection reorganized to do that.  We'll talk more about that another day.

Anyway, before I get to the next Crossword puzzle I wanted to see what you guys would like to see.  They will still be STP-universe themed, but I am open to a specific sub-theme.

The themes we've done in the past are:
#1 - General Trivia (Easy to Medium difficulty)
#2 - General Trivia (Medium to Hard difficulty)
#3 - Scott Weiland Trivia (Easy to Hard difficulty)
#4 - Deleo Trivia (Easy to Very Hard difficulty)
Please let me know what themed crossword you'd like to see.  After getting some responses I'll try to get something up this next week.  I'll get the old links updated for those of you that want to do the old crosswords as well.

How about album-themed puzzles?  Lyrics themed?  Cover songs!

I had an idea of my own to do a quiz about fellow BE members, but I decided against it for a couple reasons:

1) It may cause fights between members that dont get along, or cause people to poke fun at eachother
2) It makes it impossible for most of our casual members to complete.

Your suggestions are good though, Jessie.  Perhaps a crossword for the new album as well?  I'll give you a shout if I need any help Jessie.  Thanks for the offer!

Wait - I love the BE members idea. First, newer members can work on the crosswords - and it will give them incentive to post more and get to know everyone. Second, we avoid pitfalls by using neutral questions:

No "Who is gay for Scott" questions (would it be you, Brett... Would my teasing upset you, etc.) - instead, we do stuff like:

What Dutch webmaster once fronted a band called Crazy Jane Talks?

and

Newlywed member who once used the alias "Meltdown07"?

or

Whose uncle once stopped a robbery-in-progress and was featured on the news?

These are things members have posted about, or that oldschool members (and lurkers) would certainly remember. There is a definite "right" answer, and no room for opinion or argument.
