bi-polar is great and i think that the lyrics is the best of shangri, very honest

Bi-Polar is also one of my favorites on Shangri. The melody & lead lines are incredible, it just has a very unique but pleasant feel for me when I listen to it.

It would seem that it is one of the SLDD tracks. The album is so diverse that I can sorta understand that, but I love the whole damn thing. My favorite album from beginning to end. It's like an all-star team of great tunes IMO.

The more I think about it, Regeneration is probably my least favorite STP song. I just don't like the feel of the entire track, partly because it's sandwiched in between 2 of the strongest tracks on SLDD in my opinion, queenie & bi-polar.

I like Core but when I listen to Shangri-La Dee Da, I understand that the band is capable of so much more than I hope they continue on with the Shangri-La vibe on the next album. Although, it depends on if album sales mean more than artistic integrity.

I like the bridge between Too Cool Queenie and Regeneration. Too Cool Queenie fades right into Regeneration.

I think Bi-Polar Bear is a microcosm of SLDD as a whole.  (judging by the pattern of the songs, with great variety).  I really like Dumb Love by the way!

really? that song is really special to me. not one of my top favorites but i would listen to anytime anyday without a second thought.
