Those people are stuck in 1993. Yeah, I'd like to see Pearl Jam try an album like Tiny Music or Shangri-La Dee Da.

No Code.
Dedicated. Disgusting. Disturbing.

I'm just sittin' on this merry-go-round, and the music is too loud..

yeah...
Look I just want to go out sometime you know.  Like normal people, spend time together and enjoy each other's company. Like best friends.  Like lovers that care.  Who actually respect the relationship you know?"

It's quite nice to see something positive :)

No Code.

It's not close to Tiny Music/Shangri-La. I guess I'm biased since I just don't like Vedder's vocals really.

Hey, I love both STP and Pearl Jam, past and present, but I've never understood why people make them out to be the same.  They both came from the Alternative Nation, but they both have moved on to completely different 'states' (to continue the metaphor).  To call them "same" makes me think of people who AREN'T from the Northeast that basically group NJ and NY together, as if they're one and the same - they're not, they're totally different animals.  That said, STP and PJ's current residencies are both places I like to visit... often.

I don't think many people on here will disagree with that statement.

I totally agree... and not just because I am from NJ ;)

I'd take Yield over No Code any day as an example of a great experimental album....

Yeah, I've never really heard the Pearl Jam ripoff in any songs on Core, maybe slightly on the verses of "Plush" and that's about it.
