granted, I've never seen this photo before, but is there anyway to confirm it was taken recently? Not something from the SLDD days?

If you've seen Scott recently, he looks a lot like this.  Its prob pretty recent, but taken earlier this year.  He looked just like this when I saw VR in Austin in Jan.

Color me not surprised. 

Sad to see it still though.  I think with the recent problems with Scott's rehab, etc, there are more problems at home.

The lack of Scott's ring is a concern, until you see that Dean doesn't have his on either (he has a ring on his right hand). Robert's and Eric's left hands are blocked.
