Has anyone heard it? I just recently got my hands on it, was only Weiland interviewed or did he just do all the talking, anyways he rambles on about rock critics and mentions how Big Empty came to be, and also that it seemed that they were to play the 'new' woodstock, which would have been amazing for them ( i guess Weiland fucked that up) ... etc

Which one? There are 2 that I know of.
One with a mini book and one without, but they may be the same interview, I'm not sure,

I'm 99% sure they're the same interview - only one comes with the CD booklet and one doesn't.

But there's also a completely different CD, called The Interview, released by Baktabak. It has at least Scott and Rob talking, from what I've heard from it.

the interview disc that i have looks like that clock.  it didnt come with the booklet and it is only scott talking.

So, I went to this music store who sells used cds and what not... and I happen to See The Stone Temple Pilots Book And Interview pack thing for 3$ and i thought  i got a good deal on something somewhat rare.. am i right?

Well it isnt that Rare. Though they stopped printing them in 97 98 (dont remember the real date).
But there are two cd/ book versions plus one book edition to that.
For three bucks its a steal.
I have seen them for a nice sum.

They were planning to do a V.R. as well, but it was dumb (like Contraband Symphonic).
