Rival Sons

I know there are a couple fans on here and these guys have come up briefly on other threads but I've been so into them lately. I've dug them for a little while but never caught them live up until recently. They blew me away to the point where I can't wait to see them again. Great energy. Great songs.
I haven't been that impressed with a vocalist live in a long time.

And to think they go into the studio and write one song a day and come out with some pretty sweet tunes.

I saw them open for Guns N' Roses twice in 2012. I remember being impressed with them as well. The lead singer has a great voice.

They're very good, but I feel like they've made very little progress as a band over the past three albums. Seem to be using the same formula over and over. Just my opinion. I've been a fan for quite a few years now, wish they'd surprise me a bit.
