What an excellent idea, but as i sit here listening to my complete Scott Weiland Playlist i couldn't possibly pick 15 song from STP, VR and the solo stuff. On a seperate note i've had no luck getting the downloads off this site, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You can't access the downloads here because you're still too new.    Once you hit 50 posts, you will be able to access the downloads section of this forum.  Here's some more info:

Technically, whoever made the rules should have put in a 5 song rule from each project. That's what I would have done. Otherwise, it would be very lopsided.

I actually considered that....But that wouldnt make it a true "Best Of" collection if you arent given the freedom to post your favorites. That rule would be better suited to a thread called "Favorite songs that some need to give a chance" etc.


And btw, Libertad is an awesome album...even if it underperformed contraband.

True. Then again, it's a matter of opinion of what you feel is his 'Best of.' Technically speaking, the 'Best of' would be the hits. So in that case, it would be majority STP and VR. Nothing of 12 Bars Blue would be remotely considered a hit. Maybe Barberella.
