Creep is honestly the only song I skip over when I'm listening to an album all the way through. It seems to me like a lot of the songs on Core have an extra chorus, where it pauses for a second, and then they play the chorus again. Like in Plush where it pauses and you can hear the hi-hat and that's it and then "where you goin'" again.

There's songs that I skip over when I'm driving with people, because I know that no one would be into songs like And So I Know and Adhesive.

I never was a big fan of Days of the Week, but that may be because it was the first single from that record, and maybe I expected more.  Or maybe it was because the song was originally written for Cheryl Crow.

Lol, I started doing this with my wife after she told me she thought parts of "Atlanta" reminded her of "My Favorite Things" from the Sound of Music.  :D

I can honestly say that there isn't a single STP tune I don't like.
There are times when I'll skip a song or two, but it isn't because I don't care for it - sometimes I'm just in the mood for a certain type of song.

MC5, definitely.

Agreed on the Core filler tracks, also.

MC5 reminds me of Spay by Velvet Revolver. They're sorta modern grunge, I guess you could call it. Loud and distorted. When I first got the albums I used to skip over both of those songs but the more I listened to them, the more they grew on me.

As popular as it is I never cared much for Big Empty, I always skip it.

I guess mine would be "A Song for Sleeping". Not my style.

I've never been a big fan of Wicked Garden, either the version on Core or the Unplugged version.

Just never did anything for me really...

I very much dislike MC5. Love some of the songs you guys don't, Pruno is awesome I think!  Creep has always been a kind of boring song, but it's okay- it'd be wonderful if they cut it from the live shows- and Sour Girl= time to get more beer.  I'm surprized someone said Big Empty, that'll always be one of my favorites.

I love it every time this topic comes up because it gives me another chance to say I NEVER skip a song on any of the albums.  ;D

I adore "MC5" - had a good laugh at the time when Kerrang magazine's review described it as "a tribute to The Ramones."   ::)

"Bi-Polar Bear" & "Art School Girl" have always been big favourites as has "Wicked Garden" (hear that 2nd guitar track?!)

I don't think any band ever has had the quality control of STP - my only gripe is that (for very good reasons) No.4 wasn't quite finished and "You Can't Drive Me Away" didn't make it.   :'(

Ok, I'll say "Dirty Dog" - not the best, I admit.
