This is the most appropriate thing I've ever seen in my entire life.
When STP had a cookout after filming the video for the Core single "Plush," Weiland made jerk chicken that was "spectacular," Dean raves.

Indeed. I don't get to watch much TV these days, but I was able to catch part of RAW last night and I was getting up to leave the room for a moment when the first riff stopped me in my tracks. I knew it was 'Out of Time' but on a WWE broadcast?!? Little things like this make me stoked. It's been a thread topic in the past, I think, on here about which STP songs would/could appropriately fit for a WWE 'theme'. Well, now we have our answer. It's an awesome - although somewhat minor - way to garner more publicity for their EP. Been waiting 20 years for 2 of my favorite entities to pair up... STP + WWE!
have fun, have fun, have a whole lot of fun!

How many Winklepop songs made the cut?

I forgot. They don't have any.

Oh come on now -- what about that fantastic reggae version of Frosty the Snowman they released two years ago? Yes folks, that's the last work we've seen from our beloved Mr. Weiland. And if you've seen him lately, I'm sure you'll agree that he does not exactly appear to be primed for a comeback. I am not optimistic about this new album.

I'm being totally serious now. What brought us all here in the first place? Our mutual love of great music -- STP -- and that of course includes Scott Weiland. Now Chester is suddenly part of the mix. I get that some people don't dig him. Really, I do. But the people who sit here and trash Chester, and then turn around and say they are looking forward to a new album from Scott and the WannaBes? I don't get that. At all.
