Looks like a repeat of the Bethlehem setlist. For comparison here's 9/4's setlist:

SETLIST:
 01. Down
 02. Big Bang Baby
 03. Vasoline
 04. Dead & Bloated
 05. Out Of Time
 06. Silvergun Superman
 07. Church On Tuesday
 08. Big Empty
 09. Sour Girl
 10. Interstate Love Song
 11. Pop's Love Suicide
 12. Hollywood Bitch
 13. Sex Type Thing
 14. Sex And Violence
 ----------------------------------------
 15. Wicked Garden
 16. Piece Of Pie
 17. Trippin' On A Hole In A Paper Heart

Seems to be the same from what I could gather. Hopefully they switch it up tomorrow.

Okay, same setlist. My criticism meter rises from 8% to 12%. Still waiting and hoping to be proven wrong!

W-O-W

Ok their tour JUST started! They are JUST out of the gate. We're going to start already criticizing them for having a repeat setlist?? So they have the same setlist for a dozen or two shows. Who cares. It's not like everyone is going to every single one of their shows. It's new to the next town that sees it. Talk about being under the microscope. But that's how it's going to be. All the Chester haters waiting for him to mess up or repeating a show so then they can finally say I told you so. Sad. Still won't bring Scott back.  ;D Let them repeat shows. Scott with STP did that a lot too. No difference. Let them get their feet wet a little before you jump on criticize train!  Good job new STP!!

Interstate Love Song:

Was it Dean or a problem with his guitar?

I personally don't care if they play the same setlist tonight despite what I said earlier. If anything the only reason I'm wanting them to switch the songs around is so I can hear Chester tackle some other songs from the back catalogue. There's some "hits" he hasn't performed yet (Big Empty and Creep being two examples) and I'm curious how his range handles those tracks.

*head hits desk*. Oh my god I'm an idiot haha. I must've been out of it when that song was on because I didn't remember Chester even singing that song despite it being clear as day on the setlist.

Oh well...now I'll be sure to get it on film tonight so I can remember it this time. Derp.

For me personally. I wish they would drop "Vasoline" & "Trippin' On A Hole..." Those songs do NOTHING for me. And, they ALWAYS seem to be on the setlist, no matter what tour. I say give them a rest. Instead I'd like to hear "Hello, It's Late", "Glide", "Ride The Cliche", "Seven Caged Tigers" etc The list goes on.......

Oh boy, Seven Caged Tigers, now that would be a real test for Chester, Scott's vocals on that are sweet.

It perenially seems to be a fan favourite too, it's always topping, or coming close to topping best STP song polls around here. I wonder if the band know how popular it is? For my money it's the best rock song of the 90s.

Vasoline and Trippin' are two of their biggest audience pleasers. There's no way they'd ever drop those from the set.

I would LOVE to see Seven Caged Tigers.
Grab the hate and drown it out...
