i always thought the bridge was directed at Scott.

I think Chester mentioned in an interview that he wrote the lyrics for the other three guys in the band. Whether it's directed at them or at Scott, the song is undeniably about the whole situation of firing Scott and moving on without him.

 When I first heard the guitar solo for this song, I automatically thought it could have been pulled out from the Army Of Anyone album. Just has that feel to it.

I thought the same thing.  I kinda got the feeling after second time I heard it.  I thought yep I think its a message to Scott.  I also thought it sounded like something he would sing about.
