Maybe they just forgot to list STB in the tracklist.  Wouldn't be the first time someone missed a typo in the world of press releases.
Hold me closer.....closer.....let me go!

I was hoping for a bluray release, but it doesn't seem to be the case...fingers crossed though! I only hope that it won't have any of those 80's "special effects" like the Live in Houston has...

The concert was near the end of the tour for their second album "Libertad" and came just a few days before the band went on hiatus following the departure of singer Scott Weiland.

Hiatus? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

But I digress, sounds interesting... But I wish they were releasing unseen footage from 2005 instead. Would kill for a pro-shot You Got No Right.

+1, that song is amazing! Also, the band wasn't on the verge of collapsing back then...

You got no right is one of the best songs Scott's ever written - melody and lyrics - and i must say, is the more emotional solo of Slash in a very long time. One of my favorites.

agreed, it should have been a single, its a lot better than fall to pieces, and fall to pieces was pretty good

this show is already out there, probably on youtube, its a REALLY good show, i don't know why they would axe STB

here is STB

Sounds like the band went to the bridge at the wrong moment, they forgot they had another verse and Scott is singing the verse with different chords on the background...at least that's how it sounds to me...

Wasn't this the gig where Scott totally screws up the lyrics to a song? Sings the wrong lyrics over the wrong part, leading to lots of confused looks from Slash & Duff?

Maybe I am thinking of the wrong gig, it's one of the few very high quality pro-shot bootlegs that is out there though.

I believe it is Slash who starts playing the wrong part of Sucker Train Blues (I think he starts to solo way too early) and Scott keeps singing over it while the band recovers. This could be why they aren't including that song on the DVD. I know it's on youtube to see if I'm wrong!

That's the one yes. And it is the band's fault yes, I never noticed that. But then I don't know many VR songs by heart, and Scott is prone to singing in the wrong place when he can't hear what's going on.

anyone find this an odd coincidence that there was going to be a VR dvd release after all this time and the whole "Scott's in VR, not in VR" situation happened last week?

Just watched the 2005 Houston show and man they were on fire.  Scott was still his old self back in 2005 full of swagger speaking coherently.  I want to know why when he performs now he is a shell of his former self.  He's been like this ever since the VR breakup in my opinion.  My guess is he is on meds for his bipolar and thats what sedates him.  If so F*ck Scotty get off that shit and be yourself again.  Sorry for the rant there I just get fired up when I see Scotty performing up to his potential.  This 2005 show was epic he was high energy all over the place just like when I saw the mighty STP from 2000-2002.

Speaking of... Is this DVD still happening? The story said 5/25 but nowhere seems to have any trace of it, and Amazon just says "not currently available."

I was wondering the same thing...last time I checked this DVD was listed in Amazon as an "import"...what happened with it?

SW: 3/27/2013 - Dallas, TX; 4/30/2014 - Dallas, TX; 5/3/2014 - Little Rock, AR; 9/20/2014 - Shreveport, LA; 11/9/2015 - Dallas, TX
