With all you guys sharing your tattoos, I feel the need to share mine:

Just got it on Saturday. I originally wanted a few lines from big empty under it, but my tattoo artist wasn't able to do it in the size or type face I wanted so I'm holding off for now.....but I still HAD to get the fleuron that day.

Val - I got mine a week before SLDD came out... right after Rik obtained and posted the artwork for the album.  I'm convinced I'm the first one with a fleuron.  Actually, Rik re-sized it for me and everything.  Awe.

jb3752 - love the ink.  What I meant by "getting mine touched up" was that I want it much, much larger.  lol.

In 2000 when I met the boys, Rob noticed the tat and pointed it out to Scott.  To be honest with you, I think it freaked them out.

Don't do that.

White pulls out and doesn't stick around too long.  The lighter the color, the faster it fades.

it really does not hurt on the wrist that bad at all i expected it to be awful but it was not bad at all!

 thats cool to do words.. i wanted to do that too.. im trying to figure out what kind of font i wanted it done in or since the workds for purple songs are in scott hand writing should i have it done like his ?!

That is EXACTLY what I've decided to do. I'm gonna show the writing to my tattoo artist and see if it's possible, apparently type is difficult and changes over time, or something.

essie your tattoo is beautiful.. i like how you did the colors.. I did that too but the orange and yellow is on the tip of the leaves and then it goes all black! i just had to add the colors of the cover to it .. it just would not be right without it ! oh yea and you were saying that robert noticed your tattoo.. and that you thought it freaked scott out.. what did he say?
