Yes it is about mary. You can watch the world premiere interview posted here where scott says cinnamon is about mary.

It's actually about Courtney Love

However, Scott Weiland ( of Stone Temple Pilots, Velvet Revolver, Solo ) did write a song once about his ex-wife Mary titled "Too Cool Queenie".... Seems like you got mixed up there

You spelled Duff's name wrong.  It's Duff McCajun!!!  I always get a Duff McKagan at McDonalds.
