Wicked! I heard a little about this and was pretty psyched. It'd be pretty cool if they did like what Pearl Jam did with "Ten" and it's reissue, except STP could take it further. They could do archival footage, remaster all the old material, maybe have like a photobook type thing along with it, maybe include some of the unreleased tracks. Kind of a big box set thing for the reissue of Core. I'd buy it, haha. I read they were putting together archival footage and thinking about doing a coffee table book, which they planned to do back in '03. It'd be great if the band went on tour and did "Core" in it's entirety, I have faith in Scott that if he vocally prepares, stays sober, and gets good rest, he could sing closer to actual Core era sound. Not to say he has a voice unfit for it now, that couldn't be further from the truth, he sounds great. I don't know about you guys, but I believe in him. I've heard stuff from 2008 where he's completely sober and he's able to pull off Plush really great. I don't know if any of you have heard the recent VR performance at the House of Blues, but it was great. Scott did the best performances of the songs I had ever heard, and it's his most recent performance too and that's a good sign. 2012 may be a bright year for STP. I can't wait for their new album either, I'm hoping for it to come out Early 2013. I guess only time will tell what the band will do, they're pretty spontaneous and tend to pull out some real surprises sometimes.
Also, on the setlist that's on here that you proposed, I like it. The focus is on "Core" but not so much that it distracts from other big hit albums like "Purple" and "No.4".
