In this video shoot ( I think 2010) he kind of reminds me of the 2000 era... I think a year later the alcohol has continued to spread his bad influence... (christmas videos,behind the scenes, cnn)

detroit, fillmore 2010 ?  someone who was attending the show.... ?

I recall that show was considered a particularly bad one.

I recall because I went to the Detroit Fillmore show in 2008, and somebody remarked that they never play a bad show at that venue. And indeed the 2008 show was fantastic, so I was surprised to hear the 2010 show was pretty poor.

I recall reading some reviews of this show and I believe they were pretty negative. Based on the reviews I've read I would believe that he was drunk.

 Yeah the show after that shoot the show was quite entertaining.  It was a late start for the lights to go out and before their crazy intro music came on Scott was already standing in the dark at the mic stand blathering on about about detroit casinos and fasinos arenos etc.  Scott's vocals were layed back and he botched hickory to the point rob stopped playing and then he half sat and layed on the edge of the stage for a perry como version of creep.
 Alcohol sucks what can I say. It cause nothing but recklessness.
