MTV News clips?

I'm trying to find any of those MTV News clips of Scott promoting 12 Bar Blues... I don't think they're on youtube.  One that I REALLY want to see again was where he's got on a WILD outfit with a crazy hat and he's asked what "12 Bar..." sounds like - he then procees to name-drop about 10 different artists and specific records, like "it's like David Bowie's 'Low' meets anything Brian Eno has ever done meets...." etc.  I'd love to know the specific quote he said there, and again, would really love to see the video, because it was awesome and hillarious.  Can anybody help? Thx.

Do you have any links? When I search "Scott Weiland 12 Bar Blues" or "Scott Weiland 1998" about the only interview I see from 12 Bar is the abbreviated Matt Pinfield one from 120 Mins.


I DID find the quote just now tho, from MTV News 1997,

so not quite as many name-drops as I thought, but it's still a funny statement.

While not an interview (there was a short interview during this performance but I dont think I ever encoded it) he is wearing a weird outfit during this

Oh yes, I was bit surprised and really wonder why he came up with such an unlike outfit. Confusing though.
