Jeesh Belleville Orillia wtf.........you right gretzky I'd hate to be in a crowd with 2 stp fans and 2000 druckin idiots that know Plush and Plush only.
Atleast do real cities. London is the only tolerable one but where's Toronto and Montreal or even Ottawa.

dunno what to say about this show, scott seemed in good good shape at the start, was very talkative, the more he talked, the less it made sense, he talked about having good luck, making your own luck, then serendipity, the boys ended that speech by launching into heaven and hotrods. he started some thing about how frontmen and guitarist are always linked together then gave dean and rob some big compliments (however it was like he didn't finish his thought on guitarists and frontmen being linked and went into the compliments). at this point i was suspecting he was on drugs? also throughout the set he sang like snippets of stuff between the songs.

they ended sex type thing, off they go for the encore

the first one back on stage is scott, crawling like a monkey, wearing some mask he found backstage, started dead and bloated wearing the mask.... then he got lyrics in the wrong place, the band kept going and and scott did that thing where he kept singing along oblivious to the fact he's way off, scott realized he was off after maybe 30- 40 seconds, the band kinda stopped playing the dead and bloated music and went into sorta of a jam until scott realized he was off. they got the song back on track and finished dead and bloated.

after that scott put down the bullhorn and stood on the riser doing that thank you goodbye wave and he looked back at dean and eric who were behind their instruments looking at him like, we still have trippin' to play. they said something to each other, maybe "we aren't doing that song?" i don't know, dean put down his guitar and walked off stage, as did eric. it wasn't until that point that i realized rob was gone after the song was over. no thank you from the whole band or the bow, eric never threw out the signed drum head, which was there cause i saw it get put there before the show.

waited outside the stage door, rob came out, shook his hand, told him 3rd time seeing stp this summer, he was very thankful, he was on his way to the bus though and had a pile of food, i think he wanted to eat the food real bad, i wished him well and i headed back to my car

that all being said, this was the best i've heard scott sing by far since the reunion, this was also the most animated i've seen him since the reunion

forgot to mention a few other good moments, for some reason the casino gives out tickets to vip's or some bullshit, so basically everyone up front with me was either into the band standing and having a good time, or were sitting covering their ears looking angry. during the start of crackerman scott looked straight at someone at front and said "how can you be sitting down man", which i thought was funny

I was at this show.  I've seen them every time they've played in the area for the last few years.  Last night was an off-night.  They played at an all time slow tempo from start to finish.  It almost felt like Eric was going stop playing at certain points he was drumming so slow.  Weilands voice was decent (he complained of a cold and definitely sounded like he was sick when he talked in between songs).  With that said, the rest of the band seemed to lack enthusiasm, Dean looked like he would rather have been having a root canal than playing the show.

Scott seemed spaced out, his banter was confused at best.  It was just a bad night... but I guess that happens when you play a ton of shows... they can't all be stellar.

I have to say though, for me, part of the allure of seeing STP live is the volatile nature of the shows.... you never know what Weiland is going to do, and good or bad... it adds a whole other element to the show.

Last night after the train wreck of Dead and BLoated... i watched thekm all look around and sort of just put down their instruments and walk off stage before the set was supposed to end... it made me wonder how much longer they'll keep doing it.

Thanks for the reviews, which I find a bit troubling.  OK, very troubling, especially after the stellar reports from the prior night.  Could it have been the effects of cold meds maybe?  Here's hoping.

My thoughts exactly. Very odd that this would happen after a night that spawned some of the best reviews I've heard of STP in a while...
My STP shows: 8/10/2008, 7/19/2009, 10/10/2009, 5/22/2010, 4/26/2011, 4/24/2015   Weiland solo: 1/29/2009, 11/29/2012, 3/13/2015    VR: 8/5/2007

i could be totally wrong about drugs or what not, had they played trippin' and stood on the riser etc i would have left feeling a lot better. it was just the way it ended, it was literally like they stopped caring and walked off. i don't even think eric and dean waved goodbye as they walked off

I'm thinking (read as hoping)  that it was a mixture of him feeling sick and the band being tired after the previous nights show.  Theyre probably exhausted from all the touring

 >:( Well if theyre tired, maybe they should promote the next album the right way. So then ,maybe, they can sell more records, keep in touch with their fanbase, and not have to tour so much. I think all this is coming back to them because they do everything HALF ASS! Cancelled concerts.....no commercial promos or pictures....no setlist changes (especially for the band).... no promotional tours or interviews...no music videos....Tv appearences.... .blame game ( Wah WAH, my record label, the internet, music downloads, getting old in age, WAH WAH WAH)..... etc. Everyone has to earn a dollar and the only way we do that is if we all punch in the time clock do our job RIGHT and then relax. Even if you are a Rockstar. >:(

One thinks at this point we should be used to this and should not get surprised/shocked because we've known the band for a long time. And this particular situation had happened before, it's not new.

It's a shame they cut out Trippin the way they did it for all the people there, that's it.
