- Due to all of the stoppage b/c of Dean's guitar, the set was shortened. NO INTERSTATE OR DEAD AND BLOATED! That HAS to be a first in STP history.

That is kind of awesome in it's own way.  Deep cuts, baby!

Show was very good. Not their best, but that's mostly because of the problems with Dean's pedal(s) and guitar(s). Having such a short set bummed me out, but what can you do? Shoot the roadie? Dean came out ON FIRE until the problems started, too. Even though it was on only on a few songs, you can see the wind just come out of his sails. I thought Scott sounded better in Asbury then in Brooklyn, but the crowd was hands down better in Brooklyn. I was less then 10 back in Asbury and around 20 back in Brooklyn from center stage. BPB sounded great all around. Scott sang the shit out of it. I wish I taped it, but I was totally not prepared. After Brooklyn I just didn't expect it. It will simply be a memory. The videos online don't do it justice anyway. I did tape Down on my FlipVideo where you can see the frustration oozing from Dean. I'll see if I can post it at some point. My buddy said he saw Scott crumple up the setlist and throw it at one of the roadies. Not sure if that happened since I didn't see it, anyone else catch that?

Now that you mentioned it yeah I remember he definitely did take it, ball it, and throw it.  And you put it in best words, it totally just took all the wind out of the sail.  But up to that point they were just on a whole nother level.

wow! no Interstate... what's going on with Dean's techs? For what I read, if I'm not mixing the things up, it's been happening frequently.

DrG thanks a ton for Bi-Polar Bear video :)

And i guess we can all agree that the notes that are played by robert in the bass, are the real beauty.

I didn’t attend this show, but based on a few people I know, they were talking smack that Scott was stumbling, mumbling and then some.
I know they had tech difficulties which is never a pleasant experience, but was Scott wasted or is this just another case of people embellishing their stories because it is Scott Weiland.

Some people at the show reported seeing him throw a setlist in frustration--I'm wondering if that was it???
