You can tell he's grinding away I think he was totally joking. See, The Chili Peppers have had so many guitarists it had become a joke, as in "everybody's" played in rhcp. Frusciante left in 92 and he was the third guitarist to leave (while Hillel Slovak was the original guitarists, some uknown guy Jack something played on their first record, not Hillel) then Hillel, then John and then about two or three guys who toured with them 92-94, until they found Dave Navarro.
Why does this video's description say he "takes a shot"? I don't see any shot taking lol. And I don't think Scott is coked up on this video to be honest.
