Weiland's addiction problems and run-ins with the law are what you hear most about, but how did the rest of the band manage to, as DeLeo puts it, "dodge the bullet"?

"We all took up bonsai planting and macrame," he jokes. "Yep, gardening and crocheting. The old afghan stitch. I say that because my mum did actually teach me that one; she is an avid knitter."

I pictured that for a minute haha ;D

"Stone Temple Pilots take flight again"

am I the only one who's amused by all the puns writers use for stp?

Stp soars to the top.... between the lines flies to number one...pilot weiland crashes..etc...

I'm just glad they never used a pun for an album title!

I love Dean. He cracks me up and I like the way he sees the current situation.
As for the artical writer, why the hell did they feel the need to list "essential albums" at the bottom?
For me, Tiny Music is their best, showing off their diversity and all around dynamic and SLDD is one of STP's most personal records and these are the two they left off. Should not have put the list there at all.

Hmmm... yeah, they should have changed No.4 for Tiny music...

Even we all know they are both essential albums, Tiny shows much better what STP is about.. :)
Seems like you left me when you broke down

Tiny Music isn't just the best STP album, it's the best album, period.  :D

Well, apart from A Night at the Opera, maybe...
