No, it's not a bad performance at all. It's simply The Ramones doing their thing. And give the guy some credit, he's singing a medley in which they play all of the other artists' nominated songs in between their own songs. Probably took some work to learn all that.

I actually had a little "party" the night this aired "Live at the 10 Spot" on MTV back in '99.I mean, from all accounts this was a great set, and everything I have heard has been great.
