It's funny because at the beginning he mentioned all four members, but so far I think both of these recordings came from a show with just Dean & Scott.

I think Scott's voice sounded better in that time period than at any other time. Sings like an angel. I love the live versions of Sour Girl from around 2000 with the strings.

I think STP was in their prime 2000ish. I saw them a few times during this stretch and it was incredibly fantastic. These recordings really show how great Scott's vocals were. I wish he would attempt these again now, stripped down, for no other reason then to compare and see if he can still croon like this.
