I didn't think Cinnamon was that great when  they played, it but it's always nice hearing the new stuff and I wish they would play all or most of the songs off it.
I never really listened to much of their recent live recordings of this song and of course never been able to hear it in person, but I'm pretty sure the general consensus was that Cinnamon sounds a lot better live.

Yeah, the performances of Cinnamon in South America back in December were unbelievabley good. I wish that they were still playing that.

If I were the boys and I had to pick between playing Cinnamon and Still Remains I'd pick Cinnamon. I know that's sacrilege, but they are touring an album here. Then, instead of doing a jam afterword, they could play First Kiss on Mars. Then I would replace Dancing Days with Maver, and add Peacoat, Hazy Daze, or Fast As I Can after Huckleberry Crumble. Then they would be playing 7 songs from the new album each night, and the grand total of songs they've played off the new album would rise to from 6 to 9. From 1/2 to 3/4.

A man can dream, right?

Setlist aside, I'm glad the boys did another great show. I sure hope they add some east coast dates after the overseas tours.

Same setlist is an indication that they did not get together over their time off to rehearse any new songs for this leg of the tour...sad.

I have never been in a band, so I would'nt know, but have'nt they played some of the other songs so many times that they should not have to get together with eachother to add them in the setlist?

Basically anything they haven't played since the reunion would have to be rehearsed because they haven't played them in almost 9+ years. Plus anything from the new album that they haven't played probably has never even been rehearsed beyond the demo stage.

That said, it is a good point that there are tons of songs they have played since 08 that they could throw in there. But they would probably still need to work the kinks out in rehearsal once or twice.

Don't get me wrong, I seem like I am totally bitching about STP's live show...which I really am not. To me STP is like a really smart child, expectations are high, so when the kid comes home with an A- the parents ask why he could not have gotten an A+.

I can't wait for the other videos.

STT looked and sounded damn good.

Every time I watch Rob, I am reminded again and again what a fucking cool bass player and performer he is.  I love watching the man play that bass...

And Scott....I want to tear that shirt right off him with my teeth and kiss his big fat sweaty belly.

I'm so glad these recent shows have been so good - I was worried what state we'd see them (Scott) in, but they all seem really happy to be there.

Just watched the video (thanks, VegasCrackerman!).  Do you guys really think Scott looks big?  OK, he's definitely "bigger than he was," but he still does not meet my definition of "big."  He looks healthy to me, though still somewhat detached on stage.  I wonder what happened to those great clothes he had been wearing--he seems to be going a bit more casual on this round.  In any case, it must have been an awesome show.  Thanks so much for sharing.

Definitely. "Unglued," "Seven Caged Tigers," or "Coma." Plus, if I recall, their first show in 2010 had "Hazy Daze" on the set list but was not played; that'd be a great in-concert rocker.

Yeah definitely. I love STP, but it really frustrates me that they dont play more songs from the new album. I know Scott can sing them and Hazy Daze would be fucking sick live

Yeah; I think Peacoat, Fast as I Can, and Hazy Daze are the underrated rockers of S/T that need to be played live.
