Maybe, but you have to follow the right people or suddenly bump into that "tweet" (of course nothing is really reliable)
Speaking for myself, I'd focus (and that's what I did) on the companies who have the money, who sell tickets and the venues. The first confirmation (for Bs As) came from a music journalist.
But I actually think is matter of luck...
