Woah.  I'm glad I was MIA this weekend and missed out on all this craziness.   :P

I went to BestBuy.com on Sunday, but found nothing at all about a double-disc edition.  So I didn't order anything - apparently that was a good thing!  Dammit - I really want that Tshirt.  Cori's speculations have me quite worked up!
How could they not notice it?! Because it's a little mint.  It's a Junior Mint!

Once again, looks like things are a bit confuzzled over at Camp Weiland.  First the tour dates, now the date for the album preorder.  lol.

It's weird that Best Buy would activate the purchase link on the 9th like Scott's website said, but you can't actually purchase the album.

What in God's name is going on with this Deluxe Album? Does it even exist or did Best Buy just have a catastrophic business failure? I already hated Best Buy in the first place, I can't say that this episode is making me any happier with them.

I just read a bulletin from the STP myspace saying you can now order the deluxe package from BestBuy... but uhm.... when I checked BestBuys site AGAIINNNNNN! there was no change! I still dont see any purchase info... sigh... so... Im going to go cry... because they got my hopes up :( psh.

The Deluxe edition WILL be available through Best Buy.  As of right now, either the link isn't working properly, or it simply isn't available until a later date.  Several of us have sent letters to Best Buy - all with the same response.  They WILL have the cd for preorder, and it WILL be available through their website or by calling 1-888-237-8289.

I don't understand what all the confusion is about.  It's clearly a broken/missing link - or Weiland's camp had it wrong again and gave us the wrong day for the preorder.  Just keep checking Best Buy.  You'll know it's the deluxe edition because it will have 2 CDs and will cost more than $13.  Give it a few days.

Ive been checking the bestbuy site a lot since Sunday... I even walked one of the customer care dudes through their own webiste so he could see exactly what it is we are all seeing... he said he would send a note to the "web guys" to fix it... but its not fixed... obviously... and that was Sunday eve. the e-mails I got from bestbuy before my call said "use this link to order"... and it was a link to the single... over and over... same as you all ...it appears...

when I go pick up my CD... Im totally going to poke the cashier in the eye... totally ;)

I got a reply from who ever runs the STP myspace. they are now aware of the "glitch" on the BestBuy site and were told that BestBuy is working on it now.
the STP myspace page* will let us all know when its fixed :) yay!

I've worked in a web environment before. Sorry to say but this is probably one of those problems that they file away with a "Low" urgency rating and it will take 8 days to fix. In the grand scheme of their website they probably don't care.
