Pretty cool!  

I now have a legal copy of the first disc in my little hands.  The artwork inside is pretty colorful and eclectic.  I am not smitten with the cover per se, but I really like the rest of the art.  The CD itself looks like an old audio reel (similar to a movie reel).  Cool stuff!

My BB deluxe copy BETTER be here tomorrow. That whole BB thing has been nothing but a huge cluster fuck! Since the download for missing cleveland got all screwed up, who wants to take bets there isn't a coupon for a t-shirt.

Besides I have a "Save CBGB's" t-shirt signed by Scott (from a auction when we were trying to save CBGB's) and the autograph's are the same.

I'm going to say that it's legit because the Scott Weiland store advertises that you can order the album from there and his MySpace page advertises that you can get a signed copy from Newbury Comics.

Because it's illegal to advertise that something is authentically signed by the artist  and it's not. It's called forgery.
