Probably since it was released on a soundtrack from a year ago.  Hopefully it will be a new mix or something (along the lines of mockingbird girl on 12BBB or Set Me Free on Contraband) if they do decide to tack it on.

Although I can see why Learnign To Drive wouldn't be on his solo record, It'd be really convenient if it were.
I can't wait to hear the rest of the songs, esp the ones in the EPK.
