I believe i'll have a new favorite song: the one playing in the backround where douglass is talking about the power supply with cyrillic writing. some of the words in it are "cause i can't wait" [or is it cause i can't hide?], goddamnit, i want this album NOW
I really didn't know what to expect, but should've known better. how could Scott Weiland *not* amaze his fans with his dedication to music?

Very cool. Thanks for posting it.
Based on what I could hear of the music I get the feeling that this could be a continuation/extension/evolution of the 12 Bar Blues sound.

Oh my god!! I really can't wait now! Thanks so much for finding/posting that!  November can't get here fast enough; I have a feeling this could be my all time favorite record.  I'm going to have to watch the thing a few more times though.. I kept getting distracted.  I was trying to listen to the songs and didn't quite catch everything they were talking about.. then I'd be staring at Scott, and not hear the songs.. haha.  Also, loved the xylophone.

I really hope it is. Its one of my favorite songs.
And I hope its Toby Keith-less.

Did I miss something along the way - or were you just being sarcastic about Toby Keith?

...that clip has definately gotten me excited - can't wait.  I, too, think it's going to be a lot like 12BB - which is fantastic, because I LOVE that fucking album!!
How could they not notice it?! Because it's a little mint.  It's a Junior Mint!

That's pretty exciting. The clip starts off with music from a Palo Alto cover Scott recorded in 2001. It's "Some Things Must Go This Way" and I had no clue it would end up on a solo album.

The cover was first mentioned here and later by Doug Grean on his website (mention was taken down again later).

Here's a screenshot that has some tracks listed, including: At The Prison (Steve Albini track), Big Black Monster, Be Not Afraid, Bice, Breath Again Again, Crash, I Know It's Late, Happy, Killing Me Sweetly, and Lift Me Up.  Happy may have been taken off though since Pharell used it with N.E.R.D.

Here's a shot where you can see "The Man I Didn't Know," at the bottom, so it'll be on the album.
