it has that post-grunge vibe that i love with those moody guitar arpeggios..ya know...the post-r.e.m. 80s/90s jangle style.  that's why a lot of 90s rock/pop was special. those cool guitar arpeggios filling out the song.

I was previously listening to Leave It by Army of Anyone. Now I'm listening to cars driving down the street, Police sirens in the dsitance, the wind rattling my house's windows, and the gentle sound of my computer fan jugging along asthmatically.

Joe Satriani. I don't know what the song is because his albums all blend together, but it's great for ambient, energetic guitar background music!
