STP - Hello, It's Late
I just thought together we'd stand, but now I'm looking for your hand...where are you? 'Cause all four walls are comin' down tonight...

Trying to get into Filter, not a huge fan of Short Bus but this album is awesome. I like the new song quite a bit too. I'll probably see them live in Dallas next month.
The amalgamut album is really good you should Check that album out,It's my personal favorite by them

Couldn't agree more. The Amalgamut has plenty of variety and depth, great record.   8)

Wendy & Lisa - To Trip Is To Fall

(Trivia note: Robert & Dean recorded "Wichita Lineman" with Glen Campbell - as seen on the Thank You DVD. Glen was a member of legendary studio group "The Wrecking Crew" along with Mike Melvoin - Wendy's (of Wendy & Lisa and Prince's Revolution) Dad!)

Blackfoot - Train, Train -
This would be a cool song on Scott's tour.

Burden Brothers - Shine

Thanks for the input on Filter, I actually got interested in them because someone gave me a couple of autographed cd's and now that they're playing in Dallas I thought I'd check them out. So far I'd rank them -
Title of Record (amazing)
Short Bus (has really grown on me already, like it a lot)
The Amalgumut (almost as good as Short Bus)
The Trouble With Angels (good)
Anthems for the Damned (I honestly hate this one. I read reviews of it and people said it sounded too much like Army of Anyone. I find that insulting to Army of Anyone)
The first track of their upcoming album sounds very promising to me.
STP: 2/19/2011 - Thackerville, OK; 4/30/2011 - Birmingham, AL; 8/16/2011 - Austin, TX; 8/17/2011 - Dallas, TX; 11/5/2011 - Concho, OK

Three Days Grace - Give In To Me

Great cover, it's hard to do a hard rock cover of a Michael Jackson track and have it turn out this well. Adam Gontiers solo album ought to be interesting, from what I've heard he's working with Benjamin Burnley of Breaking Benjamin on a track or part of the album or something. That fake rumor that he turned to a folk singer pissed me off so any other news is good news lol.

David Bowie - (You Will) Set The World On Fire

The new Bowie album, The Next Day is surprisingly rock oriented. More so than he eluded. This track is especially agressive. This album turned out very well, Bowie hasn't lost his touch. Didn't skip a beat, it doesn't sound like he tried to appeal to the modern era, it just sounds like he sincerely made the album he wanted. It's not out of place in his catalogue by any means.
