The bootleg section is of varying qualities.
But the live section is fantastic.

And version of the "Sex Type Thing" compilation at the end of the music videos is fucking amazing.
It used to depress the hell out of me back when STP was dead because I thought we'd never get a chance to see it again.

My only complaint about the DVD is the lack of a "No Way Out" video.

Yah I have seen rolling rock footage and it is amazing, probably on of the best shows recorded in STP's career

Welcome to the board! I have family in italy and my rents have been there twice, can't wait to go. I hope they come to europe so you get the chance to see them! I assure you it will be better than VR!!!

I couldn't believe it when I realized Scott was out of VR.. I actually went to see VR just to hear Sex Type Thing and Crackerman.. but STP should be 1000 times better..

Haha yah if I ever saw the velvets that would be the highlight of the show for me, eventhough i liked their work for the most part. But obviously not as much as STP.

I'm not real sure my rents enjoyed alot of places I can't recall all of the names. But my mom said she wouldn't mind living there someday. I can just recall the usual's like rome, venice, sorento, revenna?, milan, and others that i can't remember

One thing that always pissed me off about the Thank You DVD is the incomplete version of "Pop's Love Suicide" in the bootleg footage section. Why the hell did they even include it? It's like part of the last verse and the end solo, and that's it. When I first popped in the DVD I was so excited to see PLS on there I went straight for it before anything else. My hopes and dreams were immediately smashed to pieces. Apparently I've never gotten over it.

Other than that, it's a great disc.

I actually have that bootleg on VHS.  It was the MSG show and the guy who was taping it messed up a bit in the beginning, hence why there is so little footage of PLS.  Although I find it hard to believe the band didn't have any other recorded performance of the song that they could have used instead.
I’m here to bleed for all the lust and lonely nights.

The DVD is great. Sadly 'cause of Tropical Storm Fay canceling the August 19th UCF Arena Orlando show, I think this will be the closest I'll ever see STP live (not that I have a grudge about the cancellation lol)

Does anybody think STP will ever release the documentary of the Shangri La recordings? In the DVD we see a preview with the Hello It's Late video.

I have a question about the DVD.  Is every video of it on Youtube or are some of them not uploaded?
I know I want what\'s on my mind.

With the exception of the three alternate versions of "Vasoline" the only official music video not on there is "No Way Out."
Not sure why.
