What cover would you like STP to do?

We got many covers at this point : Dacing days, Fame from weiland's solo, break on through for The Doors tribute album, and they have played live loooots of covers like roadhouse blues, wish you were here (scott with velvetR) , etc!


What songs would you think they could do a good cover? i say Vertigo - U2,  Drugs dont work - The Verve, Help - The Beatles...
and this last song that you guys are gonna kill me, but i just cant keep thinking of Scott voice over this track :

I'd love to see Scott sing Smash - The Offspring. Also, My Time - Jane's Addiction, If You Must - Nirvana, and (for some reason) Love Shack - B-52's.

I agree my time by Janes would be amazing. And I'd be interested in hearing scott do some b52's.
One song that I always thought STP would rock would be 'Shoplifters of the world unite' by The Smiths.

Hey man I'm not 'bout to flame. I was just listening to "Vertigo", but I think "Mysterious Ways" would kick ass. And though it's not my favorite, The High End of Low was a great album, and "Into the Fire" is amazing.

how cool would Suffragette City be after Big Empty or something like that...have rob do the "Hey, man!" in the verses, weiland playing into his Bowie obsession, i think it'd be fire

In Mary Forsberg's book and she says during her "Pretty in Pink" birthday themed party, Scott got on stage and sang a cover of "I Melt With You" by Modern English.  It would be interesting to see how he sings new wave music.
