im freakin pissed about this im gonna call and compain and demand a refund! anyone could a fucking gone on and bought tickets!!

Ironic how your tagline is "Never trust them dirty liars".
i wonder if others had the same experience you did?
I thought the code was a pain for another (minor) reason...you had to use ALL CAPS, so I wasted some precious seconds with the error message and the retyping.

I forgot to add that my 10:02 tickets are in SECTION 1 ROW S, which is not the CENTER, it is on the RIGHT.
I went back in later and got SECTION 2 (CENTER) ROW T.
Now I guess I'll be eBaying my extra pair.

haha its probably one of my favorite song lyrics ever ;)

the only thing that makes sense to me is it says VIP package presale then there is a Fan Club presale, so i guess in order to get VIP tickets you dont need a presale code, so all those fucking scalpers are in the glory right now, ive already checked their sites and their prices are ridiculous for my show!! im soo pissed about buying the fan club!!!

If it's any consolation, you can spend $30 in the online store with your coupon....but they took the beer glasses and shot glasses away last I checked!

yeah i mean thats the only thing that makes me less mad, but they don't even have anything good in the store, i design and paint my own shirts and my shit is wayyy better than what their offering

I got tix for PNC.. 15th row back sec 102.. Not bad for the presale. Given that the first 10 rows are taken by the VIPS, I technically got 5th row. The prices on those VIPS are insane! I can't imagine anyone paying that. Hopefully they don't dump them to Atlantic (but I wouldn't be surprised due to the Gramercy show) and they will re-appear either after the VIP sale or right before the event.

There are always the give-a-way seats. To radio stations etc...
Don't count on too many suits. The only reason there were a lot of industry ppl at Gramercy was because it was a record release show. It was special.
The summer shed tour....not so much.

So, has anyone heard anything about tomorrow's presale?  The "Live Nation & Radio Presale" ?

I snagged 7th row for Boston. The VIP packages seemed so ridiculous I couldn't do it. I mean a tour of backstage? It does not say a meet and greet is included, so you're paying all that cash for a tour of backstage and a upfront seat plus all the other "goodies"? All for the low price of 475.00 dollars, laughable!
STP: A bunch.

No, I got regular priced tickets, 57.50. Im in section 3 which is off to the left. Close enough for me! 350-475 to be in the first five rows is way too much for me, about 8 years ago I would have paid that, but not now. If you know what I mean?

ahh i see nice. the prices are crazy, the only way i was able afford the cheapest VIP tickets is because i have 2 extra Aerosmith tickets to Fenway that i need to sell, so at least i can look at it like each STP ticket is getting cut in half once i sell the Aerosmith ones haha

So would I. Hell, if I was to meet Eric, Robert, and Dean I'd pay the $500. For some reason though, they don't do meet and greets?

I easily would have paid these prices during their shows in 2000, 2001, and 2002 when Scott was always on fire. I just can't see spending more dough then I did in 2008 at Mohegan Sun to see him stumble through the set. Just not worth it.

STP: A bunch.

Why would anyone PAY to meet someone?? I'm asking a serious question.

I never understood it.

Agreed Peebs. Scott's personality makes it especially less desirable. He is my favorite musician of all-time, but I think meeting him would be a let-down. I'm sure he appreciates fan support, but his personal problems make him unapproachable. Dean, Eric and Rob, on the other hand, would be a dream come true.

FanClub > Livenation.. I was in at 10 and the seats were 7 rows back from the ones I got yesterday for PNC

Ultimate question: Is $45 > 7 rows back?

Answer: Yes, especially when the first ten are taken by the VIP bull
