In YOUR opinion, what are the "Filler" songs on this album?

Is there such thing as a filler STP song? In my opinion, I can only think of Daisy from the past albums, but none on this album.

i can't seem to get dare if you dare out of my head. so i definitely don't consider it to be a filler song. the thing i am most disappointed w/ is the bonus tracks on the deluxe album. the meat and potatoes of the main album are great IMO

Dare If You Dare isn't a filler. In my opinion, that song has the most meaningful lyrics. Hopefully, whoever said it was filler just means that they don't like it.

I can't believe people are saying Dare if You Dare... Put the head phones on and turn it up. It may be the best song on the album.

I'd say "Fast As I Can" and maybe "Peacoat".   I'm loving the rest of the album so far.

Peacoat and Fast As I Can.

Peacoat is growing on me, but I feel it's their weakest rocker. I enjoy Fast As I Can, but I find myself anticipating listening to First Kiss From Mars more so then hearing the rocker itself. It doesn't mean that it's a bad track. It just means that if it were not included on the tracklisting, it wouldn't harm the album on a whole, nor does it help it. A transitional rocker perhaps? That's what filler means to me.

Peacoat growing on my more than Fast As I Can as well.

I listened through the whole album on my way to work today, and noticed that if you removed Fast As I Can the album flows a bit better in the second half.

Fast as I can is awesome!  Definitely the one song that makes me want to open up all my windows and just go!

i kinda skip over hazy daze and peacoat when listening to the album. im not sure if i would consider them filler songs or not. maybe im just not diggin them like the rest of the album.

I love this new album.....and its obvious a ton of others on here do as well. In fact, It just hit me, that in almost every individual songs thread, people are begging for it to be the next single. Its almost as if there are no filler songs on this album! If any, what are the ones you think are "filler songs"?


For me, its probably bagman and peacoat so far. I think Peacoat will grow on me over time though.

Well, by filler If that means it's just supposed to beef up the track list I would say "dare if you dare" and "Peacoat"

Granted I adore every song on  this album so I may be a little biased, but I don't think there are any filler type songs on this album. Throughout I really think they streched out not only their songwriting but direction as a band while incorperatingtheir roots.
