Used the Live Nation presale password, 'tickets'.

I just took a shot in the dark, figuring it would spit me out some tickets in the back of the section -- I got mad lucky.

I only searched for ONE ticket, so likely that had something to do with it.

*EDIT* Just talked with my brother, he bought a ticket with the presale yesterday and got a ticket in Sect. 102, Row L. Talked with his wife and she wants to go now (of course) so he had to buy two lawn seats. I have an extra Sect. 102, Row L available and whoever can have it for face value! First to contact me will get it.

I'm not sure if Ticketmaster knows what "Best Available" means...i just got 4 tickets in section 303 and now they are offering better seats...WTF? I already bought mine now...
Crap like this pisses me off. I'm spending the money, all I want is the best available.

In all honesty, I always thought it was random. I have seen this happen many times, get "BEST" seats and go back a few minutes later and others are opened up. :/

Yeah, you're right. And the fact that I got 4 tickets doesn't help my cause.
I'm just happy to be going. I just don't know why I torture myself by looking up more tickets after I've already bought some. LoL

I called Ticketmaster and told them about the better seats. So she cancelled my order and let me order the new seats...much better seats.

I'm so happy.

That's weird they did it over the phone, I've called before with presales and they have informed me it's an internet only presale. Glad you got good seats though!

yeah my bf tried yesterday to order over the phone and they wouldn't let us. but maybe in this case they could since the order was getting canceled

Let me clarify...They didn't give me the new order over the phone. I was online with the countdown clock as she was cancelling my first order...so then i placed me NEW order. The refund is 3-5 business days, which is no biggie.

She did say that she couldn't "upgrade" the tickets, but she would just cancel it and re-order essentially. And the cancellation was instant, so I already see it in my Tickemaster account.

This is good news...so if anyone out there wants to try...it did work for me. Good luck.

Wow. Nice man. Yeah definitely because you put in one ticket. But who the hell cares- you got a great seat!

I got two tickets and my buddy Dave got two as well. I am 11 rows back and he is 8 rows back, both in section 101. Closest I've ever been in PNC. I hope they keep it together throughout the tour and make it to PNC! Poor album sales along with SW's struggles could make this a long summer....
