Wonder if it is the Event Center (large-r) or Music Box (small-er)?

It's been at the Event Center the last two years.  Scott Weiland did the music box in December 08.

Fair enough, just saw 'Borgata' in the title and figured I'd throw it out there.

The Event Center is pretty big, saw AIC there which was sold out in March. Great show.

Would love to see STP at the Borgata, been to probably close to 10 shows there since it opened.  Think we're going to take a couple of days off of work though and head up to Mohegan Sun instead (in addition to PNC, of course!).  Had a six hour extravaganza trying to get to AC from Edison last summer on a Saturday afternoon...ended up making it down in the middle of the opening band's set.  I'm sure the Friday of Labor Day weekend could only be worse...

Big weekend.  Def gonna be $$$ for a room.  Apparently my good friend throws enough money down at that place, that they confirmed he can get a room for the night comped.  Just gotta make sure we pull down tickets.

Hope it's in the smaller venue.  Always hear how good those wind up being out there.
Hold me closer.....closer.....let me go!

Out of the four shows that I will most likely attend (Mohegan, PNC, Jones Beach and this one) this one is the only GA show. I absolutely have to go.

Not listed on the Borgata website and when I called the person seemed to know nothing about it.

Not surprised though, last time I called they didn't know the Slash show was that evening...

Ya, I keep checking their website and they haven't listed anything yet.

I actually prefer going through the Borgata website and not Livenation/Ticketmaster. I just feel like I don't get AS fucked over... Ya, it's expensive, but it's GA and I get right on the rail so I get the most for my money.

Absolutely.. only GA show that's close to me. It's the best bargain for me- especially because you're so close. I keep checking their website and nothings coming up. For anyone who sees it first, make sure to post here because as we know, things related to STP often come up quickly and unannounced (whether conveniently or not).

Ok guys not to get off topic here at all, but I've thought about all of the frustration that has gone into trying to get tickets for this tour and in general these days, I mean what are they going to do about this and the mohegan show? Announce the on sale date like a week prior and expect us to pull an insane amount of money out of our ass to get up front to see our favorite band?! So long story short a thought occured to me as I was expressing my frusturations to a ticketmaster rep and informed him that this is why they have the reputation they have and why people don't really go to concerts anymore. I really think we should start a petition of sorts here on BE. Since in all honesty I would say we are one of the most informed and possibly influential fan sites on the net, maybe it could start here get some attention and move forward. I don't know just a thought but it's really unfair to make the artists lose money and the fans suffer due to greed from the suits. Let me know what you guys think positive, negative any kind of feedback is welcome.
