Popped in the CD today for my workout this morning. I'm addicted to it. At first I thought the CD was a little top-heavy with BTL, HC and HD but the back end is great too. Maver is a great ballad and Peacoat is somewhat heavy. I'm really diggin' it.
After then did a 30-min cardio workout to this set:

Those 1.5 hours flew by in a heart beat... I'm try to make 30-min sets with STP songs and a few covers usually. Any suggestions?
