After seeing photos of the CD package plus the cover design, I could say that it really fits the STP mold. Of course at first I was thinking that's an odd design but when you think of the other album designs like Purple, Tiny Music, Shangri-La and now this one, they all really compliment each other well. They have always done the abstract cover artwork concept instead of the band posing on the cover like some other bands may do all the time. One of the many reasons why I love STP album covers more than any other bands!

Whether it fully leaks or not doesn't matter anymore. New song on Amazon later, the album is streaming in 2 days, and it's gonna be in everyone's hand in 8 days. If it leaks tonight and we all get it, we'll barely have a feel for the album before it hits shelves...I still want a leak though.

I think it's safe to say that we all do. I've already bought the album through iTunes, but the wait is killing me and I just want to have them on my iPhone, especially "Maver" and "Dare If You Dare".

I don't understand the concept of unwatermarked cd's being distributed to thousands of people and it not being uploaded to the internet by one single person within twelve hours. Is there something going on that I don't know about? I mean it's remarkable the album didn't leak in the last month but not only that there are copies being distributed and even those aren't hitting the internet. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone or something.

I just listened to the 30 second previews again. I really hope that "Maver" is the song put up on Amazon later if we don't get a leak in the few hours until they put a song up.

Seriously, people have the album and it's nowhere to be found on the internet. I can write a whole song about how elusive this album is.

Most of the people that we know that have gotten the album are real STP fans and they either don't want to be the one's who first leak it (their conscience prevents them from doing it) or they just don't have the balls. Everyone else who could do it, and who isn't a real fan (and doesn't have the moral dilemma), simply doesn't care about STP or them releasing a new album. Therefore, the only people who care about it are fans and none of them want to be the one's who actually leak it.

If this was some other currently popular mainstream band with millions of teen girls making up 90% of it's fanbase then this album would have been leaked last week. There's no other excuse for a CD that's had physical copies sold and distributed. It hasn't leaked because no one that cares has taken the initiative.

Be happy with your shitty 92kBps stream on Wednesday. Even though it will be painful, I will just wait till the 25th. The reward will feel that much bigger.
