This is an epic song.  The perfect closer to the album.

Why do I get a sense that some of this sounds like "easy like sunday morning". It's an awesome song!

Maybe you'd be lucky enough to hear her sing on SUNDAAAAAYYYYYY oooohhhhhh Mavverrrrrrr.  This is one of the best songs they've ever recorded.

I honestly did not care for this song at all.  I am a more rock and roll bounce of the ceilings kind of guy.  Versus slow dance with your grandma at your sisters wedding kind of guy.

Just saying haha.

Luckily STP isn't one dimensional and that's why they've been able to last so long and remain relevant.

This might be the most beautiful song they've ever written. I'm not the kind of person to judge an album or review it by only a few listens but this song is absolutely perfect. I can't find one flaw with it.

I love how Dean uses that Army of Anyone era tone on his guitar in the solo and fills. It's so subtle and compliments the surrounding music perfectly.

I completely agree.  I loved Creep, Pretty Penny, Atlanta...  The songs that were not fast paced but this just doesn't do anything for me.  But hey like I said I am no rock and roll critic but I do appreciate their depth and range as musicians with these kinds of songs.  To each his own and I think we can all agree this album is fantastic.

Best album since Purple imo.

Maver is definitely the low point of the album, I wish they didn't put it on there.

This song is fucking magical. One listen and I love it. Just like "Atlanta" was for No.4, the most unique song on the album and the perfect album closer, though it's got a much happier vibe than "Atlanta".
I'm looking for a new meditation, still looking for a new way to fly. Don't want any plastic validation, not looking for a new way to die.

Love it.  Classic closer and one of those songs that are the perfect ending for a long summer night when the party is over and you're in a reflective mood before settling in, ya know.

Well, as bad as it was he was lucky to meet her.
Cause she can play the six-string better than him,  this much you can bet her.
Oh-oh Maver
How could they not notice it?! Because it's a little mint.  It's a Junior Mint!
