Didn't they just wrap up their European tour? Hopefully they are working on it now that they are back in the states. Still haven't heard it on the radio here.

Does anyone else thing the verse from TALO sounds a lot like the verse from Transmissions From A Lonely Room?

definitely. Though I think the song is a little stronger than Transmissions. I've never disliked Transmissions though, but I think this is a bit better. But yes, I noticed the similarities in the songs immediately.

For what it's worth, I was over at songmeanings.net and a decent number of people were commenting on how the song was gonna be a big hit and that they were hearing it on the radio constantly. I haven't listened to any Baltimore or DC stations in ages so I have no idea if it's getting airplay around here, but it's good to see that random non-Below Empty'ers on the internet are noticing the song is getting heavy radio play and seem pretty happy about it

I dunno if I'd put too much stock on what people on that site are saying:

Looks like Borat needs to lay off the pipe.

On a more serious note, Detroit finally played this song today (twice). This seems like a nice breakthrough. After two weeks of rebuking my local rock station for not picking it up, they finally have, although, I am still pissed at them for taking so long. This song looks as if it has picked up a little surge here in the last few days. I hope it stays strong and continues to grow. If this song is a hit, it should cement this album as one of the better early 2010 releases on rock radio.

The Wrif in Detroit has now played this tune 3 times in the last 12 hours. This is huge!

Just played it again a half hour ago...101.9's doing a real good job promoting this album. They've been playing BTL nonstop, giving away STP tickets, and now it looks like they're really getting behind TALO. Not to sound like a new york elitist, but i think it's really important that STP's getting such great play in a big market...a lot of people should be hearing these songs
When STP had a cookout after filming the video for the Core single "Plush," Weiland made jerk chicken that was "spectacular," Dean raves.

Are there any previews which show the progress of this song for Thursdays chart changes?? Somebody is usually good at finding out the new chart progress on Tuesdays. Anyone?

STP doesn't have any songs in the top 200 on iTunes, and they don't even have any songs in the top 200 in the rock category. What a shame.
