Haha, I think the poll is fudged up. I couldn't vote either. Disregard those posts.

Quote from: "Sharkey"
Hickory Dichotomy

It has a really catchy chorus and (imo) a really great verses/lyrics.

Not to mention, it has a very "signle" style structure. This song can be the "Trippin" of this album.

This song and Bagman really seem to be the love/hate songs on this CD. No one has a gray area on either one. I am not a fan of Hickory, but I like Bagman a lot, which is the total opposite of many other people. Kinda interesting. This CD has a lot of different flavors. It's like buying a sampler box of candy -- you'll love some, dislike others, and can't wait to try the next one because of the amazing potential.

I think it should be Hickory Dichotomy.

Cinnamon, really there is no other choice.  It would reach a different audience and could be huge.  Remember we aren't talking about our favorites but what could be non stp fan favorites.  Hazy Daze and hickory are a fan song, definitely not radio material

In order:
Huckleberry Crumble or Fast as I can(not both)
Cinnamon
Dare if you Dare
Take a load off or Hazy Daze(not both)

I don't care for Cinnamon but I think it would be a pretty big single if they released it.. at the very least, get the attention of people who wouldn't normally listen to STP.

First off awesome name.  I agree with the choices.  I think it should be Cinnamon next then fast as I can, then Dare if you Dare.

I think it'll be Bagman.

I think it should be Take a Load Off or Fast as You Can.

Ok, after digesting these some more, here are my predictions on the next two singles. I based this on how much the songs have hook-wise for the respective formats. They definitely are trying for a pop hit here on this CD, given some of their material, so it almost seems obvious that Cinnamon is going to get rolled out. And they'll need to offset that mushy single with something a lot harder to reinforce their rock fanbase (which will probably be pissed about Cinnamon if it's all over their girlfriends' radio stations). Thus, Fast As I Can seems like the easiest rock song here to promote.

CHR & HOT AC: Cinnamon (First Kiss On Mars second choice)

ROCK: Fast As I Can (Peacoat second choice; Take A Load Off would be a perfect single except for the too-long repetition of the title in the song)

Cinnamon would be great in a commercial... that seems to help break songs nowadays.

I really hope the single releases work like Core where thay released all the single-worthy songs :D Many on this one!!!!! :D

Want to see HC released at one point too. DIYD, TALO, Hazy Daze, First Kiss On Mars, Cinnamon (i think is very obvious). Hickory Dichotomy many people who've listened to it have liked too :D Fast As I Can also is intense :) Maver will be the unreleased gem i hope :)
