If they do another album, I'm curious if they will release under Atlantic, another label, or release it independently. We all know how Atlantic screwed them over with the promotion of SLDD. Anyone got details?
Dedicated. Disgusting. Disturbing.

I'm just sittin' on this merry-go-round, and the music is too loud..

I think you're right.  Pretty sure it was an 6 album deal.

The question is, will we ever hear it?

They aren't on the roster for Atlantic anymore..but STP's official website is still owned by Atlantic. That's what I'm wondering too..

I'd love a web release a la Radiohead & NIN.

i doubt the boys will want to be taking any risks after the way both Libertad and AOA completely flopped. The key to this being a successful reunion will be promotion like never before.

and wouldn't Thank You have fulfilled their sixth album?

You know 18 years is really not THAT long of a time... to think of what the members of STP have gone through in less than 2 decades...

Core, Purple, Tiny Music, breakup #1, Solo SW album #1, Talk Show, Reunion #1, No. 4, SLDD, breakup #2, Velvet Revolver, AOA, Solo SW album #2, Reunion #2, Stone Temple Pilots..

Not to mention countless tours, arrests, rehab stints, and personality changes along the way...  Happy anniversary STP.
