LOVE this song. BTL is still growing on me.

 I'm in my thirties now, and music really sucks anymore. Grunge was my life during my school days. STP's music always stuck right away. One of the only bands other than TOOL where I like every song on every album. Yet, the new one I'm having mixed emotions about. However, HD is a great song.

I didn't like the verse at first but loved the chorus.  After watching the show on VH1 this might be my favorite out the the songs I've heard.  Dean's slide work is amazing as usual.

You're allowed to have your opinion but this doesn't sound like anything they've done before...if anything comes close to Hickory it would be "I Got You" as they both share the country rock sound.

I don't feel a Tiny Music vibe at all. Talk Show. Maybe. I don't listen to that album unless I have too. The opening chords reminds me, once again, of Aerosmith from the Permanent Vacation era. It gives me Hangman Jury vibe.

Great track though.
