Can't we all just get along. Ya he is probably jumping the gun judging the song so fast and defenitley was going overboard calling it awful lol, but hey he's entitled to his own opinion.   And why bash Filter?  What did Richard Patrick do to you besides make a solid album with the Deleo Bros?  I understand you want to defend your mighty STP, but come on can't we all just grow up a little bit.  Personal attacks are not necissary at all.  What I find hilarious is that if the band knew how some of their fans acted they would be highly dissapointed.  I mean have you ever met the Deleo bros they are the nicest most cordial people you would ever meet.  Maybe we as fans should follow suit.  Everyone doesn't have the same opinion as everyone else and that fine.  Can't we just express these opinions in a mature manner.  I know this will never happen I'm jsut sayiing it would be nice.

Ok man I'm moving on, I'm done with this. Like you said, MC said it was "god awful", then music was ok but the lyrics were terrible, then it was not good compared to STP but "not that bad". He was just flip flopping a lot so I got annoyed and snapped a little bit. I'm over it. Your points are fair. Like you said, I defend the almighty STP, especially when I feel like someone is dogging them just to dog them. I felt like a full opinion wasn't even formulated because he was throwing contradicting stuff out there every post, so the harsh words weren't necessary. I didn't think the criticism were fair based on the music that MC likes. I've stated my opinion, and good to move on, so please allow us to!

And honestly, while I love Dean & Robert, love their music etc... I really don't care how they feel about my behavior. In fact, I don't think my behavior matters at all to them. Maybe this thread should be locked for my own good.

2 cents:
I think that MC. is Dick Patrick and he's pissed because of this recent quote by Dean:

A few of my contributions to Stone Temple Pilots, I'd actually brought to the table for Army of Anyone and Richard [Patrick] really couldn't get his head around them. I said, "Well, I know somebody who could take a bite out of this!" [Laughs] It worked out.

 ;D

I saw that! A really interesting quote actually, because that tells you that working with both singers which one he thinks is more capable. I wonder if the music for in between the lines is the song he's talking about?

I think he is not talking about which one is the more capable singer, but which is the more eclectic musician.

Scott may not be a great instrumentalist like Richard Patrick (who is a very good guitarist indeed), but he understands the subtlety and highly complex dynamics of the Deleo brother's music like nobody else.

I really like the bridge and the solo parts as well as the chorus. It's really catchy. Nice break for the 3rd verse too.

The player worked for me in Internet Explorer, after installing the plugin and giving it access through my firewall software.

It ain't working for me, somebody please get it to work and rip it.  How you rip it is go into your audio settings/audio properties, make sure you DON'T have a mic plugged in, and then click volume and then check off stereo mix.  You can do that in Sound, but then try and make sure you have a recording program that will go for longer than a minute.  I'd do it but I can't get the player to work.

If you are on a mac and using Firefox, I recommend switching over to Safari. It would not work in Firefox, even after installing Flip4Mac.

Make sure you have Flip4Mac installed if you are on a mac and then load the page using Safari.

In terms of PC, I have no damn clue.
