I should've known not to cancel my subscription with new STP coming out soon...although I don't expect there to be much said by RS anyway. Probably a small blurb of a paragraph length or less. Ideally, it would be full review of the album ... but I doubt that.

Someone must have their hands on this.

This is my first post on this forum but if I were you guys I wouldn't support Rolling Stone by buying the magazine. It's probably not going to be much of an article, maybe a quarter page stating mostly what we already know. They don't even mention STP in the table of contents so you know there wont be some nice write up with a bunch of new photos.

My plan tomorrow is to go to the book store and just read the article there.

Just got back from Borders and there was definately zero Rolling Stone magazines in their sprawling prodigious magazine museum. It looks as if tommorow is the day for sure.

Hopefully there's more to this preview than just that.

Wow, it looks as if that is all they are providing. Some preview; the little preview of the preview that we saw the other day basically represented the entire peice.

Wow......lol......I guess I am glad I canceled the subscription. Seriously, I'm sure Rolling Stone had someone at the listening party in NY. Where's the "closer" look they promised? Kshamrock20 is right, this preview gives us nothing more than what was already said in the preview of the preview. Anything to get us to pick up a copy.

Let's not forget folks this is the magazine that has a creepy obsession with the jonas brothers, george w. bush, and glorifying lil wayne going to jail.

Don't expect much
STP: 08/22/10 - Cleveland, OH.

Um, Rolling Stone is EXTREEEEMMEEEELY liberal. They may be obsessed with criticizing Dubya, but so did the majority of the country.

Saw it at a newsstand this evening.  Sorry for quality, used crappy cell phone camera. The article is as it was on the website, super lame with no new info, but it did have this new photo at least.

In the picture:

Scott: Dean, SIT THE FUCK DOWN! You're ruining our dramatic 'artists at work' picture!

I like how Rolling Stones' actual preview is in fact shorter than the preview for the preview.
Grab the hate and drown it out...

Yep. Nothing that we havn't heard before. However, I didn't know Tom Petty had a new album coming out. That made me happy  ;D
Dedicated. Disgusting. Disturbing.

I'm just sittin' on this merry-go-round, and the music is too loud..
