I received four free tickets via snail mail today for Milwaukee 03/26 show from “The Rave Eagles Club”. Ticket states you must pay for your first two drinks to gain admission.  Has anyone else seen these or know if they are legitimate?

Those are usually legit - if they're from The Rave/Eagles Club.  They do those promos all the time.  They'll charge you like $5-7 per drink but still, you're getting STP for under $15.  I used to go to shows at the venue using those tickets all the time because they would basically litter the ticket/coupons all of my college campus.

They are totally legit. I went there one time, and I got tickets to THREE shows, but like it stated, I had to buy two drinks. Too bad I didn't live closer because I would have taken them up on atleast one of those shows.

There was a decent amount of promotion for the show.  I've seen billboards and heard numerous radio ads.  Outside of Summerfest and summer shows at Alpine Valley, Milwaukee isn't the greatest concert town.

It's also possible that they have sold enough tickets to cover STPs appearance fee and this is a way to get more people in the door buying overpriced drinks.

I'm really surprised by this.  I actually think Milwaukee is a great concert town, at least for the shows I go to.  AIC sold out the Eagles the last two times they were there.  Megadeth was supposed to play in The Rave this past November and there was such a demand that they moved it to the Eagles and pretty much sold it out.  I'm sure there will be a pretty big crowd tomorrow tonight.
