Excellent news  ;D
Dedicated. Disgusting. Disturbing.

I'm just sittin' on this merry-go-round, and the music is too loud..

I actually love that they release additional tracks with international releases.  It means we get to hear more great music, especially since STP doesn't release new material very often.  If it wasn't for itunes, I'm not sure if Scott would have released "I Know It's Too Late" and it would probably be sitting in a 'vault' with a bunch of other stuff.  I'm willing to pay more for some extra songs but, with the internet, the extra tracks will become available to everyone anyway regardless if you pay or not.

According to this Rolling Stone article:

http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdaily/i ... new-album/

STP believe they are free from contractual obligation to Atlantic.

Eh... sounds like they may have a little mess to clean up before we hear anything from them, no?

I hate when people say "The" Stone Temple Pilots , in case I haven't mentioned that recently.  There's no "the."  It's just "Stone Temple Pilots."  Sheesh, RS!

I wish STP or Atlantic would actually speak about the legal issues. There's so much mis-information floating around. We really can't tell if this is insider info or if Rolling Stone is referencing a year old article and thinks things are still at the status quo.
